Outpatient Services
Outpatient mental health care is often recommended when a person's mental health becomes worrisome. Therapy and medication management are provided by Wyoming Behavioral Institute's Outpatient Clinic. Psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide mental health evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for children, adolescents and adults. Medicaid and most insurance is accepted. David Martorano, MD
Dr. David Martorano obtained his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York and completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of California
Neuropsychiatric Institute. He specializes in addictions and is affiliated with the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the California Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Martorano is a
second-generation psychiatrist raised near New York City. He began working in the field of software development while still in high school, later founding two companies. Dr. Martorano also worked
professionally as a singer before going back to school to study medicine. Dr. Martorano is treating adults at WBI.
Melody Waldron, Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Services
Melody Waldron joined Wyoming Behavioral Institute in 2011. She has more than 20 years of work experience in mental health care and substance abuse treatment, providing direct care and supervising
agencies and programs. She obtained a master's degree in healthcare administration and counseling at Cappela University in Minnesota and completed her doctoral studies in counseling psychology at The
Western University. She also studied at Graceland University in Missouri.
Karen Graves, APRN
Karen Graves received her master's degree in nursing at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and her family psychiatric nurse practitioner training at the University of Sourthen Mississippi. She
also has bachelor's degrees in nursing and psychology. She has extensive experience with children and adolescents who have psychiatric treatment needs.
