Stephen L. Brown, M.D. - Medical Director
Dr. Stephen Brown is board certified in General and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. He directs the private practice in child and adolescent psychiatry in Casper. He also is the Medical Director of Wyoming Behavioral Institute. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Southern California and trained at Washington University in St. Louis' Barnes and St. Louis Children's Hospital where he received the Award for Clinical Excellence.

Extensively involved in Wyoming medicine since 1990, Dr. Brown is presently serving on the executive committee of the Wyoming Medical Society and the Wyoming Association of Psychiatric Physician's, alternate delegate to the American Medical Society, and the Western States Deputy Representative to the American Psychiatric Association. He is also on the Assembly Executive Committee of the APA. Dr. Brown has been honored with the Distinguished Fellow of the APA designation. He also teaches psychiatry for the University of Washington and the University of Wyoming to WWAMI students and family practice residents.

Lida Prypchan, M.D.

Lida Prypchan, M.D.
Dr. Lida Prypchan was a psychiatrist and mental health researcher in Venezuela for almost 20 years before she began pursuing psychiatry licensure in the United States. She completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. Dr. Prypchan sees children and adults at Wyoming Behavioral Institute.

Steen Goddik, M.D.

Steen Goddik, M.D.
Dr. Goddik completed medical school at the University of South Dakota. His education and experience also included a Child and Adoelscent Psychiatry Fellowship and a Psychiatry Residency at the University of South Dakota. Dr. Goddik provides inpatient care for adolescents and adults.

David Martorano, MD

David Martorano, MD
Dr. David Martorano obtained his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York and completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of California Neuropsychiatric Institute. He specializes in addictions and is affiliated with the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the California Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Martorano is a second-generation psychiatrist raised near New York City. He began working in the field of software development while still in high school, later founding two companies. Dr. Martorano also worked professionally as a singer before going back to school to study medicine. Dr. Martorano is treating adults at WBI.

Michael Ottersbach, PA-C

Michael Ottersbach, PA-C
Michael Ottersbach graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1987 and was awarded "traveling scholar status" by the Office of International Studies UK. He served with the U.S. Public Health Service, Indian Health Service (638) and Office of Immigration, Refugee and Resettlement. Michael has 25 years of rural healthcare experience and is board certified in family practice with a special interest in psychiatry.

Lynnette Kline, PA-C

Lynnette Kline, PA-C
Lynnette has joined Dr. Stephen L. Brown's practice, treating children and adolescents at Wyoming Behavioral Institute. Lynnette is a Wyoming native who completed her undergraduate studies at Seattle University and her master's degree and physician assistant training at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She is pursuing a doctorate degree in mental health counseling and clinical psychology, specializing in forensics and crisis counseling.
