Stephen L. Brown, M.D. - Medical Director
Dr. Stephen Brown has degrees in physics, business, electronics and medicine. He completed his General Psychiatry Residency at Barnes Hospital at the University of Washington
Medical Center in St. Louis in 1988, and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at St. Louis Children's Hospital at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis in
1990. He was named a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He also is board certified in
Addictions and Forensic Psychiatry. He is Medical Director for Wyoming Behavioral Institute.
Lida Prypchan, M.D.
Dr. Lida Prypchan was a psychiatrist and mental health researcher in Venezuela for almost 20 years before she moved to New York and began pursuing psychiatry licensure in the
United States. At the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, she completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry and residency in psychiatry in 2007. Dr.
Prypchan joined Wyoming Behavioral Institute in July 2007. She enjoys researching and writing medical articles and plans to publish.
Bruce Bennett - M.D.
Wyoming Behavioral Institute is proud to welcome Dr. Bruce Bennett to our growing list of mental health specialists serving children, adolescents and adults
from across Wyoming for in patient and out patient treatment. Dr. Bennett earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and
completed his residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Bennett specializes in the treatment of adults with mental health problems.
